Data protection policy
We enable the interested parties to get in contact via a special online form, by telephone enquiry or by post. In order to answer inquiries, personal data will be collected.
Personal data is not passed on to third parties or used in any way other than to handle the inquiry. Should it be necessary to pass personal data on to third parties in order to handle the inquiry, the consent of the inquiring party is deemed to be granted to this extent. Data will, in particular, not be used for marketing purposes.

Public procedure register
According to § 4g of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the data protection officer must, upon application, make the information laid down in § 4e of BDSG available in a suitable manner. We hereby directly comply with this obligation, waiving submission of an individual application on your part.

Purposes of data collection, processing or use
The main purpose for the collection, processing or use of personal data is the distribution, the administration and the support of customer requests in the area of workshop equipment.
The object of the company is the construction and distribution of various types of machinery.
Ancillary purposes for the collection, processing or use of personal data are the administration of personnel and suppliers.

Description of the groups of individuals concerned and the relevant data and data categories
In order to fulfil the purpose listed under point 4, personal data relating to the following groups of individuals will be collected, processed and used.
Customer data (Address data, contract data)
Personnel data for the administration of employees and externals
Business partner data (Address data, contract data)
Supplier data (Address data, contract data)

Recipients or categories of recipients with whom the data may be shared
Public bodies that receive data due to statutory regulations (e.g. social security bodies, authorities)
Internal bodies involved in the carrying out of the respective business processes (personnel administration, accounting, invoicing, marketing, sales, telecommunications and IT)
External bodies involved in the handling of business processes (partners of the business processes specified in context)
External contractors corresponding to § 11 BDSG
Credit institutions and tax offices (salary payments, transactions in the context of the specified business processes)
Insurance companies in the context of the company pension scheme

E-mail security
You agree to electronic communication as soon as you yourself initiate electronic contact. Please note that e-mails may be exposed to a risk of unauthorised and unnoticed reading or alteration by external parties while in transmission. We are not currently using any encryption methods.
We use software to filter unwanted e-mails (spam filter). The spam filter may dismiss e-mails if these have been misidentified as spam on account of certain characteristics.

Time limits for the deletion of data
The deletion of data takes place following expiry of the retention period according to law, the articles of association or contract. Data not subject to the obligation of data retention will be deleted after they have been used for the purpose described.

The information, data and content are always checked and updated. Despite all diligence, information may have changed in the meantime. No liability or guarantee can thus be assumed or provided for accuracy, completeness and up-to-datedness.

The security of data transmitted to us via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. However, we guarantee that the data received is used and processed only according to purpose and in compliance with the clauses of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Liability for content
The content of our sites was created with the utmost care. We cannot, however, provide any guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or up-to-datedness of the content. As service providers, we are, according to § 7 Section 1 of the German Telemedia Act, responsible for some content of these sites according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act, we are, as service providers, not obligated to monitor or, according to circumstances, research third party data sent or stored which indicate an illegal activity. Liability for links
Our offer contains links to third party external websites, over whose content we have no influence. We can therefore provide no guarantee for this third party content. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible breaches of rights at the time of linking. Illegal content was not detectable at the time of linking. A permanent content check of the linked sites is, however, not reasonable without specific indicators of an infringement of rights. Upon being informed of infringements of right, we shall immediately remove such links.

Liability for downloads
For service and support purposes, we make files available for download. This download takes place at the individual’s risk. We are not liable for damages resulting from the installation or the use of software from the download area, provided this is legally permissible. Despite up-to-date virus checking, liability for damages and impairments caused by computer viruses is excluded in the context of legal regulations.
